The Australian Death Studies Society was founded in 2020.

The current committee was elected at the ADSS annual general meeting held on 24 February 2022.

Constitution

ADSS is an Incorporated Association under Consumer Affairs Victoria.

The ADSS Constitution was adopted at the first AGM in December 2020. It was amended in August 2022.
